Solution 1.

  1. Click on start then click on the Explore option
  2. Now click on C drive to open
  3. Click on The Hidden Files and Folder
  4. Click on Tools Option the Click on Folder option
  5. Go to View Tab and on Hidden File and Folder
  6. Click on Apply and hit OK
  7. Click on Tools and Click on the Folder Option
  8. Now hide protected operating system based file.
  9. Rename Config.MSI file
  10. Click on Apply and Yes

Solution 2.

  1. Open QuickBooks on the System where you get the error code H303
  2. Go to File menu then click on Utilities
  3. Do not select Host multi-user access option
  4. Move to another workstation
  5. Go to Utilities and select Stop using multi-user access option

  7. Go back to the server computer
  8. Open QuickBooks
  9. Go to File menu then click on Utilities
  10. Select Host multi-user access option but do not select stop hosting multi-user access
