Flaxseed Mask:

Try creating a dry flax seed mask at home to use on your dry skin. Put a teaspoon of flaxseed in a bowl and add a glass of water to it. Heat it to make it thick. Apply your toner to your face first. After that, use a cotton bud and apply it to your face; leave it on for at least twenty minutes. Wash off using toner.

Gently Exfoliate:

Exfoliate longer, not harder. You should never scrub when using an exfoliant, as these cleansers are made to work without pressure. Doing so can actually damage your skin. Instead, use very gentle pressure, and if you feel the need for extra exfoliation, cleanse for a longer period of time with constant, gentle pressure.

Apply Skincare products in order:

Is your medicine cabinet overflowing with serums and products? Make sure you are applying them in the right order so you get the best treatment for your face. Apply the most important product first, and your skin will absorb it the most. If you’re fighting acne, put your benzoyl peroxide cream on first. If you are fighting dark spots, apply fading cream before any other product.

Eat More Fruits:

Boost your skincare with fruits. Research has shown repeatedly that fruits are nature’s miracle cure for acne. Different fruits provide you with different vitamins. Therefore, a cocktail of fruit is your best option to get rid of greasy skin. Next time you are in the grocery store, take a trip down the fruit aisle and get a random selection of sweet treats.

You are what you eat, so try and make sure you maintain a healthy diet. Healthy diets can help your skin stay healthy, rather than eating junk and fast food that’s full of grease and fat you want to eat healthier foods. Your skin will not only benefit but it’ll be easier to manage your weight so you’re killing two birds with one stone when you eat healthy.
